Honkai Star Rail Review

"Fly me to the moon, let me play among the stars."

Today's review is the popular mobile/desktop/console game Honkai Star Rail. While yes it is a gacha game, however much like Granblue Fantasy, it's impressive to how much detail has gone into it and like Genshin Impact, it has a feel of that of an immersive mmorpg in the sense of the story.

Without further ado, let's dive straight in.

Story

You play as an amnesiac Trailblazer who sets off on a journey on the Astral Express going from world to world, collecting cursed items called Stellarons which bring a great calamity. So far there's seven chapters including the prolouge. With a colorful cast of characters to use from, and different side story missions to partake. I recently started to play it and have made it to the Xianzhou Alliance, however all the twists and turns and side missions make the game seem more immersive.
